Florida VC 322.391 - Failure of person charged with misdemeanor under this chapter to comply with court-ordered directives; suspension of license

A person charged with the commission of a misdemeanor under this chapter who fails to comply with all of the directives of the court is subject to the provisions of section 322.245.
